Affiliate applications: usually 3-5 business days, often same-day if all KYC checks clear
automatically. Reseller and Solutions Partner: 7-10 business days, includes a discovery call. Master
Distributor and OEM: 21-45 days, includes founder-level meetings, commercial negotiation, and legal review.
Pick the closest match. During qualification review, we may suggest a different tier —
typically a more conservative one for first-year partners (Affiliate or Reseller) with a documented pathway
to upgrade based on performance. You're never locked in.
No fees for Affiliate, Reseller, Solutions Partner, or Master Distributor tiers. OEM
partners pay a ₦15M annual platform fee covering dedicated infrastructure. All partners cover their own
onboarding costs (training time, marketing localization, sales tooling).
Wave 1 partners (Nigeria) get first right of refusal on Wave 2 markets (Kenya, Ghana, South
Africa) at preferential terms. Master Distributors can negotiate exclusive country rights at signing. OEM
partners with multi-country footprint should select OEM at application — terms are bespoke.
Affiliate and Reseller: monthly, NET-15, paid in Naira to your registered Nigerian bank
account. Solutions Partner: monthly recurring + quarterly implementation true-up, NET-30. Master
Distributor: monthly recurring + quarterly sub-partner override reconciliation. All payments include
FIRS-compliant invoice and 7.5% VAT handling.
No — we operate deal registration. First partner to register a customer in
our portal owns the deal for 90 days. Conflicts are resolved by registration date and customer attribution.

Sales training (live + recorded), demo environment access, marketing co-branded materials,
technical pre-sales support, and a dedicated channel manager. Solutions Partners and above get a Solutions
Engineer assigned, plus quarterly business reviews and product roadmap previews.
No penalties or clawbacks. We have an annual tier review where partners can move up or down
based on actual performance. Reseller, Solutions Partner, and Master Distributor commitments are
aspirational benchmarks — not contractual penalties. OEM minimum commitments are contractual, but we work in
good faith on remediation plans before triggering any clauses.
